A blend of coffee beans from Mexico specially selected for their sweet and smooth taste. These beans were decaffeinated using the mountain water method which involves washing the green coffee beans in spring water repeatedly to dissolve the caffeine, removing 99% of the caffeine and leaving a smooth tasting coffee.
