Coffee beans perfect for making espresso

There are two broad categories of espresso coffee beans: dark with a satisfying bitter bite for traditional Italian style espresso lovers and bright and fruity to suit more modern espresso tastes. We find the former, darker style best suits espresso-based drinks to which milk will be added such as lattes, while the fruitier beans are best appreciated just as they come, black and naturally sweet.
